Within 10 days, the show's fourth season had moved to the #3 spot on Netflix's list of most-watched English-language series with 621.80 million hours viewed. It has been on Netflix's global top 10 list since its release, and 17 days after its premiere, Stranger Things 4 had been viewed for a total of 781.04 million hours. Keeping in mind that the total runtime of Vol. 1 is 539 minutes, that's a lot of hours in less than a month, making the series climb the charts really quickly.

The top spot on Netflix's list of Most Popular English-language TV series was held by Bridgerton so far, with its second season being watched for a total of 656 million hours and season 1 scoring 625 million hours of view time. Netflix typically measures a show's viewership for the first 28 days to ensure its position on the all-time list, and Stranger Things 4 still has a few days to go.
