Steven Spielberg reveals he originally planned for his 1991 movie Hook, the story of a grown-up Peter Pan, to be a musical. The iconic director, whose filmography includes Jaws, Indiana Jones, and E.T. to name but a few, is finally fulfilling a lifelong goal of directing a musical film with his new adaptation of West Side Story. The famous musical is returning to the big screen with newcomer Rachel Zegler playing the coveted role of María and Baby Driver’s Ansel Elgort as Tony.
