Soon, fans of the Harry Potter franchise will be able to live out their dreams in the Wizarding World. Avalanche Studios islaunching its hotly anticipated title Hogwarts Legacy, in which players will be whisked away to create their own personal wizard and explore the grounds of Hogwarts. It is the game that many Harry Potter fans have been waiting for, and Star Wars fans could benefit from a similar type of experience.
There is no shortage of Star Wars content to enjoy. Not only is Disney churning out shows for Disney+, but the video game industry is also hard at work on many titles. Respawn Entertainment is making a sequel to Jedi: Fallen Order along with a first-person shooter, Ubisoft is working on an open-world title, Quantic Dream is making Star Wars Eclipse, and Traveller's Tales just released LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. All of these games bring players to the galaxy far, far away, but as far as anyone knows, none of these titles let them live out their own Star Wars story, and a Hogwarts Legacy-inspired game could offer that.
