Rumors about Star Wars 10 being about a revamped Jedi Order first started circulating in February 2022, and the tenth installment of the Skywalker Saga should indeed bring back a Skywalker, but it shouldn’t be Luke or Anakin.
If there one day is a Star Wars 10 and it brings back a new version of the Jedi Order, it would have to happen after the events of the sequel trilogy, as Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker ended with Rey accepting the Skywalker legacy but also building her own path as a Force user.
If the Skywalker Saga doesn't completely end with Star Wars 9, though, it should also bring a specific Skywalker back. While the only future Star Wars project confirmed for the big screen right now is Patty Jenkins’ Rogue Squadron in 2023, various rumors about Star Wars 10 have been going around, including a potential Star Wars movie from Damon Lindelof.
With most of the new Star Wars TV shows having their stories set either before, during, or right after the events of the original trilogy, Star Wars 10 being about a revamped Jedi Order would set it apart as the first Disney-led Lucasfilm Star Wars movie after the sequel trilogy actually happening after the events of Star Wars 9.Read more on screenrant.com
