The spooky season must be upon us because, ready or not, Epic's seasonal Fortnitemares event is back. This year, fan-toms can look forward to wearing the skin of the Pumpkin King himself, Jack Skellington, as well as that of famed horror writer Alan Wake, for whom this kind of thing is commonplace. Michael Myer said he's stopping by for a murder or two, as well.
With weapons like the Wood Stake Shotgun, Thorne's Vampiric Blade, and the iconic Pumpkin Launcher being on offer, there are both thrills and kills to be had. And what's that, up in the air? It's the recently unvaulted Witch Broom so that you can zoom about without a care. Along with themed quests and rewards, the return of the limited-time PvE Horde Rush, new and returning cosmetics, and plenty more, we can't imagine celebrating Samhain any other way.
What do you think of Fortnite's Fortnitemares event? Will you be getting into the festive spirit? Let us know in the comments section below.
