Something for the Weekend – 19/10/24
I feel we needed a little help from Microsoft to make this week a bit more interesting, with their Xbox Partner Preview stream bringing more surprises than I was honestly expecting. FBC: Firebreak looks pretty good, doesn’t it? And then there’s Subnautica 2, Phasmo on consoles and a bunch of other bits of intrigue.
So without much further ado, let’s get to the news…
There were some real highs and lows in this week’s review list.
Elsewhere, Steve had some thoughts to share on the roguelike FPS action of Witchfire, while Dom went hands on with the opening chapters of Life Is Strange: Double Expsore, loving the return of Max Caulfield.
Rounding things out as always, What We Played featured Unknown 9, Metaphor: ReFantazio, and Silent Hill 2.
