The Snapdragon X Elite was previously benchmarked in an unnamed Lenovo laptop, and it received less than stellar scores, though those figures were still impressive compared to what Qualcomm had previously released, which was the highly disappointing Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3. There could be several reasons for these differences, with the most obvious one being that Geekbench 6 is now more optimized for the Snapdragon X Elite platform. Then again, it might have to do with this particular Lenovo laptop sporting a more robust cooling solution, but you have to remember that Geekbench 6 only runs for a short period, and even a fan-less M3 MacBook Air can deliver impressive results as the benchmarking suite does not factor in sustained workloads.
