Fans have been exploring the world of The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim since it was initially released back in 2011 and received multiple ports over the years as new consoles released. One Skyrim fan has gotten lucky with the randomly generated loot in the game which rewarded them with Dragonbone Mail before beginning the main quest.
Reddit user HelloThere39400 recently shared two images of their Skyrim Orc's inventory in which they highlight Dragonbone Mail they've acquired early in their playthrough. According to the player, this gear was found prior to beginning the main quest after killing a powerful Draugr, and it's equipped alongside Insulated Dragonplate Armor, Necklace of Frost Resist, and a Ring of Minor Health. Because Skyrim is an open-world game, players are left to decide for themselves where they wish to go and what they plan to do and quests, including the main quest, are plot devices more than a signifier of progress.

HelloThere39400's Skyrim screenshots don't only focus on Dragonbone Mail and Dragonplate Armor as the player has also received a Daedric Helmet and Dismal Visage which can be obtained from Alvasorr the Rat, which gives Skyrim fans an idea of the path HelloThere39400 took after leaving Helgen. Although HelloThere39400 equipped some of the most useful armor in the game early in the main story, the player has no Shouts because they haven't visited the Greybeards of High Hrothgar after defeating the first dragon in the game. Having this armor will doubtlessly assist HelloThere39400 in defeating the initial dragon, but the difficulty may curve after that as Elder and Ancient dragons show up further along the main quest.
