Some Skyrim fans have created real-life versions of the Amulet of Mara, and one was even used in a recent proposal.
Reddit user Edgyangel221 recently revealed to the Skyrim subreddit that their boyfriend proposed to them using a real-life Amulet of Mara. They shared an image of the amulet and explained that they thought the Elder Scrolls community would enjoy it. The post has over 12,000 upvotes at the time of this writing, so it seems as though Edgyangel221 was correct in assuming that Skyrim fans would get a kick out of a real-world proposal happening with the Amulet of Mara.

In the comments on the post, Edgyangel221 joked about how they would need to make some of Skyrim's sweet rolls to celebrate. They also claimed that they responded with, «Interested in me, are you?» which is a line pulled straight from the game when Skyrim players attempt to propose.
This is far from the first time that someone has used a real-life version of a video game object to ask someone to marry them. For example, there have been numerous instances of Stardew Valley fans using Mermaid's Pendants to propose instead of a traditional engagement ring. Real-life versions of Overwatch lootboxes have also been used in marriage proposals over the years as well.
