One of the last versions of The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim to be released was the VR edition. Released in November of 2017, the VR version allowed first-person players to fully immerse themselves in the game. The combination of mods and VR, however, has given gamers some truly memorable experiences.

Since The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim hit shelves and digital storefronts, modders have put their talents to work on either improving the game or making it absolutely bonkers. One mod, in particular, shows simple fantasy come to life. The mod in question was released in April and allows players to pet animals in Skyrim, something missing from the original version.
