Revealed at Ubisoft Forward 2022, we got a look at the ship customization systems, including cannons, ship armor that counters different damage types, and visual customizations like paint, sails, and other decor. We also saw a glimpse of pirate lairs, where you collect your stores of loot.
We also learned that Skull & Bones will feature cross-platform play at launch, and while there is obviously a lot of PvP at the heart of it, you can switch off PvP at any time so that others don't bother you.
PC players can sign up today for a chance to play the game early via the official website.
After 5 years of waiting, and multiple delays, Skull and Bones will be released on November 8 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Google Stadia, Amazon Luna, and PC via the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store.
We recently got an extensive look at the game, and can finally explain how exploration on land and sea works.
