But now, a popular YouTube channel, TechRax has uploaded a video about an Apple Watch Ultra durability test. And guess what? The Apple Watch Ultra survived a few hammer blows!
The 4 minutes and 34 seconds video posted by the YouTuber was titled - "Apple Watch Ultra Hammer Durability and Drop Test - Will it Survive?" It starts with a drop test of the Apple Watch Ultra from around four feet from the ground and it left minor dents on the casing, while the Watch was mostly undamaged. Later, the YouTuber put the Apple Watch Ultra inside a jar of nails and shakes it to check the durability. Again, Apple Watch Ultra handled all without any marks.
And later, the biggest test of them all came in the form of a hammer to check the Apple Watch Ultra's sapphire crystal display durability. Video showed that the watch stands strong against multiple hits, and surprisingly, the table started cracking before the Apple Watch Ultra! However, after a few hits, the Apple Watch Ultra did finally crack. And the video showed that the smartwatch stopped responding.
