In what will help Apple boost revenues in a season of slowdowns, it has been revealed that the iPhone 14 Pro Max, the most expensive of its iPhones, is much in demand. Notably, iPhone 14 Pro Max accounts for about 60 percent of the total order increase of Pro models, informed Ming-Chi Kuo, an analyst at TF International Securities. The increase in the order is benefiting iPhone ASP/product mix for 4Q22. "iPhone 14 Pro Max accounts for about 60% of the total order increase of Pro models, benefiting iPhone ASP/product mix for 4Q22," Kuo tweeted (ASP-Average Selling Price). He further said that he thinks this result will encourage Apple to create more differentiation between iPhone 15 Pro Max and 15 Pro to raise 15 Pro Max shipments and enhance the iPhone product mix.
Kuo had earlier informed that Apple will be creating more differentiation between iPhone 15 Pros and iPhone 15 standard models. He informed that the difference between the iPhone 15 Pro and standard models will be more to increase the Pro shipment allocation and new iPhone ASP.
