At the beginning of Serial Cleaners' fourth chapter, Bob and his crew are tasked with cleaning up the Echo Killer's latest handiwork. A massive library is littered with bodies, evidence and blood. SWAT is already on the scene, so it's more important than ever to stay out of sight; the enemies in this mission shoot to kill.

Luckily, there are plenty of drop points and chase breakers throughout the building. You'll still have a challenge on your hands, especially when it comes to cleaning the cage in the center of the room, where Echo's rampage began.
Start by cleaning the blood and picking up the evidence just north of your starting location, then crouch to hide yourself from the SWAT team coming in from the south. Once the coast is clear, move to the right to pick up the key lying near the piano. As soon as you have the key, move clockwise to the other side of the room to avoid the approaching officer.
Save at the desk to your right, then carefully make your way south to the stairs. Clean up the body and blood on the first landing, taking the body to the open window near the save point; Lati is waiting there to take it away.
In the likely event that you're spotted on the stairs, run upstairs to the north wing. You can squeeze between the bannister and the bookshelves to quickly evade pursuing cops, and there's a table you can hide under at the far left side.
Before moving upstairs, use the square key to unlock the cage in the middle of the floor near your starting position. Close and lock the door behind you to avoid arousing suspicion. Cleaning inside won't be easy since you're in clear view of anyone passing by, so hide under the bed the moment you see a cop approaching.
