The official Star Wars Instagram account clearly has an eye for what the fans really want to see, which in this case is some blue cereal. The franchise becoming oddly known for its repertoire of blue foods has just added another page to its recipe book of sapphire sweets, and it's just in time for anybody particularly hungry after episode 5 of Star Wars: Andor on Disney Plus.
The episode in question, titled «The Axe Forgets,» saw disgraced Deputy Inspector Syril Karn (Kyle Soller) going back home to live with his mother after his overreach when tracking Diego Luna's Cassian Andor resulted in catastrophe for the Preox-Morlana Authority. This move was the subject of several dramatic scenes where viewers saw the minor antagonist embarrassingly brought down to his lowest point. But the real star of the Star Wars show was, naturally, the bowl of blue cereal with blue milk his mom gave him, and the folks behind the show knew it.

Presumably foreseeing the many requests to see the food in real life, the Star Wars Instagram account shared a quick recipe for cereal bars inspired by the turquoise treat. It's a fairly standard marshmallow cereal bar recipe that anybody who knows a child somehow magically knows through osmosis. But aside from the butter and marshmallows, it also calls for a bizarrely specific yet also strangely unspecified ingredient by way of «blue cereal.»
