The latest patch for Classic Season of Mastery is now available for testing on the Classic PTR, which had some development notes posted by Aggrend. As of right now, players are able to test the Temple of Ahn'Qiraj, which includes an overhauled Prophet Skeram encounter and a difficulty selector for the remaining raid.
Temple of Ahn'QirajThe next phase of Season of Mastery will be Phase 5, which features Ahn'Qiraj and the War Effort. Aggrend did explain that there will be a War Effort, it will just be accelerated for Season of Mastery. That also means players will likely need to do the The Scepter of the Shifting Sands quest chain to open the gates of Ahn'Qiraj. As of right now, the only fight that has seen significant updates is the Prophet Skeram encounter.

This player will be capable of seeing which of the clones are real and which ones are fake. If the raid kills the incorrect clone, the entire raid will die. So, it is imperative that when this effect goes off, the person targeted with the beam should communicate with the raid and instruct them to attack the correct clone.
