Scott Pilgrim VS The World director Edgar Wright shared a photo from a recent reunion with the film's lead actor Michael Cera. Wright directed the 2010 cult-classic adaptation of Bryan Lee O'Malley's graphic novel series. Cera starred as the guitarist-turned unlikely hero who had to prove his love for a mysterious new girl who moved to his hometown of Toronto, Canada.
Released in 2010, Scott Pilgrim VS The World took the eponymous character played by Cera on a journey from zero to hero. Cera's Scott is a guitarist in a small Canadian rock band thrown into a world of super-powered vegans, spectacular battles, and memorable villains when he meets Mary Elizabeth Winstead's Ramona Flowers. To earn the chance to be with Ramona, Scott must battle her seven evil exes on a ordeal that forces Scott to face his own shortcomings. A modern cult classic, Scott Pilgrim is beloved by both celebrity fans like Rachel Zegler and audiences across the globe for its quick-witted writing, energetic action and editing, memorable soundtrack and charming characters. Now, both its director and leading star have reunited in a new photograph.
