Co-op platformer Sackboy: A Big Adventure lets players customize their Sackboys using a huge variety of costumes. The base game already had plenty of costumes for Sackboy: A Big Adventure players to try on, but developer Sumo Digital has supported the game post-launch with even more new outfits. This has often consisted of costumes based on PlayStation franchises to help promote new games, as is the case with the latest Sackboy: A Big Adventure free DLC costumes.
Starting February 18, Sackboy: A Big Adventure players can jump onto the PlayStation Store and claim a new pair of costumes based on the upcoming Horizon Forbidden West. This includes a costume based on Horizon Forbidden West protagonist Aloy, and another one based on the mysterious Sylens. These new Sackboy DLC costumes are available to players completely free of charge across both the PS4 and PS5 versions of the game.
Fall Guys is Crossing Over With Sackboy
This is far from the first time that Sackboy: A Big Adventure has added free costumes for fans to claim. Most recently, Sackboy gave away Christmas-themed skins, and before that, it gave away a pair of skins based on The Last of Us 2. The special edition of the game also included costumes based on various PlayStation franchises as well.
While new costumes will no doubt be appreciated by the Sackboy community, some fans may be anxious for the game to get more substantial content. Unfortunately, there are no plans to release any expansions or any new levels for the game — at least none that have been shared publicly. Sackboy: A Big Adventure was a PS5 launch title and is going to be turning two years old at the end of 2022, so it's unlikely that it will be getting any significant support this late into its life.
