Bethenny Frankel from The Real Housewives of New York City agrees with Andy Cohen that The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice needs to sign a prenup when she marries Luis Ruelas. When Bethenny married Jason Hoppy, she didn't sign a prenup, and she had one of the most tumultuous divorces in history. The reality star married Jason in 2010 after only a couple of years of dating.
The two welcomed their daughter Bryn in 2010 as well, and Bethenny thought she finally had the family she's always wanted. However, the couple split in 2012 after less than three years of marriage. Bethenny quickly discovered that Jason was not the nice guy he presented to her when they first started dating and knew she had to end the relationship for the sake of her daughter. After almost nine years of court hearings and negotiations, Bethenny and Jason were finally divorced in 2021.

On Thursday, Bethenny tweeted that she "may jump through my phone if @Teresa_Giudice doesn’t sign a prenup." Bethenny has been through so much in her divorce with Jason, and only wants Teresa to protect the assets she has. If she could go back in time and sign a prenup with Jason, she definitely would. In the past, Bethenny has even urged her fans to sign prenups if they ever plan to get married. Before her marriage to Jason, the mother of one was always "embarrassed" and "uncomfortable" when the word was mentioned. "If I had known that getting into marriage is the same as getting into business together with a business partner, my eyes would have been more open," Bethenny, who has a new custody agreement, admitted during her Just Bpodcast in December 2021.
