RHONJ: Why Andy Cohen Encouraged Teresa & Luis to Sign Prenup
Teresa Giudice revealed she has no prenup with Luis Ruelas, but Bravo exec Andy Cohen is warning The Real Housewives of New Jersey star to reconsider. With Teresa preparing to walk down the aisle for a second time to her spouse of fewer than two years, she is being encouraged to keep her guard up. Many are concerned by how fast Teresa and Luis are moving forward and got even more worried when she recently admitted to having no prenup with her fiancé. After watching Teresa's financial mishaps over the years, Andy is trying to persuade eresa to sign a marital contract.
As an OG housewife, viewers have seen the rise, fall, and rebirth in Teresa's life. She started RHONJ being married to Joe Giudice with four young daughters. Within a few years, Teresa's family was torn apart after she and Joe were sentenced to prison on fraud charges related to their poor money management. While most of the financial woes were decisions Joe made, Teresa still had to take the fall since she was married to him for so long. In the end, the consecutive prison sentences and Joe's deportation led to their divorce. Teresa was also left with a hefty restitution bill she had to pay back.

Since getting back on her feet after the divorce, Teresa has found love again. Following Luis' proposal last October, Teresa is gearing up to get married again. The Fabulicious author is clearly head over heels for her fiancé and they've already moved into a home together. But after Teresa told Andy Cohen on WWHL that she and Luis haven't signed a prenup, he urged her to change her mind.
