Capcom has confirmed another Resident Evil showcase is coming next month with more information about Resident Evil Village’s Winters’ Expansion as well as the Resident Evil 4 remake that’s currently in development.
Announced at Tokyo Game Show, Capcom told us to expect "news and updates on Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, Resident Evil 4, and more." No specific date was announced, so we’ll have to stay tuned to the official Resident Evil social media channels and wesbiste for exactly when the Resident Evil Showcase will air.

We first found out about Resident Evil Village Gold and the Winters’ Expansion at the Summer Game Fest back in June. The Winters’ Expansion will contain Shadows of Rose, a new story featuring Ethan Winters' daughter 15 years after the events of Resident Evil Village, as well as Mercenaries, which will allow you to play as Resident Evil Village villains to experience the game from an alternate perspective. Fans can also expect the long-awaited third-person camera mode to arrive with The Winters’ Expansion, a free accessibility update, and Resident Evil Village Gold, which bundles the base game and the Winters’ Expansion together.
Elsewhere at Tokyo Game Show, we go to see more footage of the third-person camera mode in action, as well as the announcement for a Mac version of Resident Evil Village coming later this year.
