The Archæan enemies in Rainbow Six Extraction have weak points that players can aim at to do more damage and defeat them quicker. Exploiting weak spots is especially helpful for players attempting missions alone or playing on higher difficulties. There are a variety of enemies for players to become familiar with, and each one has its own weak point to aim for. Combat situations arise often in Rainbow Six Extraction, so it's recommended that players learn every enemy's weak spot.
The Archæan are alien parasites that range from Grunts to the boss-like Proteans, which mimic Rainbow Six Extraction's REACT operators. Players will encounter different Archæan variants depending on their difficulty level and which mission type they're playing. The difficulty level in missions is greatly reduced when players know what to aim for on each Archæan variant. Some of the Archæan's weak points are different, but the Protean in Rainbow Six Extraction doesn't have a weak point.
