The Puffpals:Island Skies Kickstarter campaign first began on April 6, 2022, and in the next month managed to raise over 2 million dollars for the game's development. This amount raised far exceeded the campaign's goal of $75,000, with backers collectively unlocking every stretch goal listed by developer Fluffnest. The adorable life simulator incorporates the plushies also made by Fluffnest in a manner that will undoubtedly sound familiar to many cozy game players, particularly Animal Crossing: New Horizon fans. Players can farm, explore unique biomes, collect resources, and decorate their homes alongside these anthropomorphic animal friends.
