PlayStation's DualSense controllers aren't cheap. Retail prices for the the seven different models are set at $70 to $75, and they rarely receive discounts. That's what makes the current deal on DualSense controllers so notable. From now until August 19, you can get a DualSense controller in any color for $49-$50 at major retailers. This is the best official discount yet, and it's available at most major retailers as part of PlayStation's Back to School sale.

The DualSense contains some of the most sophisticated haptic feedback on the market. While the adaptive triggers add a new layer of immersion to games that support the feature, it's the vibrations in this model that really stand apart from previous Sony controllers. Far more nuanced when compared to the DualShock line, these good vibes can deliver pinpoint jolts to your hands or deep rumbles when the situation calls for it.
Some of the other nice touches on the DualSense controller include the textured grip that's made up of tiny PlayStation symbols, the built-in speaker that allows the controller to shout at you, and the overall attractive design that looks great in the various color schemes. It's worth noting that you can also use the DualSense on PC, although you will need to tether it via USB-C to get the most out of it when playing games that fully support it, like recent PlayStation ports that include Marvel's Spider-Man, Miles Morales, and Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart.
