Target is currently selling PlayStation 5 consoles online.
Reliable console restock tracker Jake Randall has shared inventory screenshots obtained from Target employees showing that some stores have 10-50 systems available to purchase.
Standard PS5 consoles went on sale first at about 4.43am PT / 7.43am ET. They are expected to followed 15/20 minutes later by PS5 Digital Edition consoles, although availability of this model is said to be extremely limited.
Xbox Series X consoles will also reportedly be made available 15/20 minutes after the PS5 Digital Edition.
UPDATE: Target has sold out of consoles, but GameStop will also be selling PS5 online today, with early access reserved for PowerUp Rewards Pro members.
ORIGINAL STORY CONTINUES: To stand the best chance of getting a console users should be signed into a Target account, which will automatically direct them to the store closest to their registered address which has systems available. Delivery isn’t an option, so buyers will need to pick up the product from their chosen store.
