To the delight of Trophy Hunters, Bend Studio has confirmed that Syphon Filter will include full Trophy support when it hits PS Plus' overhauled service in a few weeks. Sony recently outlined how exactly the new PS Plus tiers will work in terms of offered content and shared a release schedule for its worldwide rollout. Asian markets — barring Japan — can expect to receive the new service on May 23, with the Japanese launch scheduled for June 1. The overhaul hits the Americas on June 13, followed by European availability going live on June 22.
Notably, the merged PS Plus and PS Now model will feature four different tiers. PS Plus Essential, priced at $59.99 per year, is the service as it currently exists. Meanwhile, PS Plus Extra bears a yearly cost of $99.99 and includes a PS4/PS5 games catalog, along with Ubisoft+ Classics. The Deluxe model features all of the above, in addition to a classic games catalog replete with PS1, PSP, and remastered titles from PlayStation Studios and third-party developers. Finally, the PS Plus Premium tier, at a price of $119.99 per year, boasts the above offerings and PS3 game streaming. The latest news about the revised subscription suggests Sony has at least a few more surprises up its sleeve, too.
