Several prominent NPCs have gotten new alternate universe undead models on the 10.1.5 PTR. Vereesa Windrunner, Uther, and Thassarian not only received an incredible undead glowup, but they've come with some interesting titles suggesting a very different timeline for the Scourge and Forsaken then what we currently know today. There are many peculiar things happening within the timelines during Fractures in Time, so we don't actually know where these NPCs are featured just yet. It seems likely that they could be part of the Time-Lost Battlefield encounter between the alternate universe forces within the Dawn of the Infinite mega-dungeon. However, the notoriety of the NPCs suggests they might be part of a larger quest-driven narrative instead.
