Considering the UK just voted in pasty former lawyer Keir Starmer, we’re a little jelly Poland’s prime minister looks like Lidia Sobieska – well, at least in Tekken 8, anyway. The character is being added to the PS5 fighter’s roster from 22nd July for Year 1 Pass owners, while everyone else will be able to purchase her from 25th July.
The newcomer will be accompanied by a big update, which will see various bugs squashed – although curiously, there’ll be no balance update this time. The patch will also include a brand-new, summer-themed Seaside Resort stage, which has a day-night cycle that progresses throughout the course of each encounter.
Heat haze hype
We loved Tekken 8 when it launched, awarding it a 9/10 in our review: «Tekken 8 is a modern fighting game masterclass. It doesn't skimp on single player modes, its online offering is robust, and it's a serious visual spectacle. But most importantly, the battles are brilliant; accessible yet deeply technical, and supremely satisfying to be a part of — perhaps more so than ever before.»

She looks really strong… maybe a bit too strong even.
Having representation in a game you play is fun though (I'm Polish myself)
Can we get Kier Starmer in Mortal Kombat plz? Or at least his likeness under the name «The Toolmaker».
Edit: Oh sorry. That was his dad, wasn't it?
This article confused the hell out of me. At least it's given me a want for a world leader fighting game. Biden can stun you
