Pokemon Legends: Arceus - How to Get All Three Starters
Pokemon Legends: Arceus is different from the main Pokemon games for many reasons. It features a much more interactive world with new gameplay. Despite taking place in old Sinnoh, the Hisui region's Starters for new trainers are not Turtwig, Chimchar, and Piplup. Instead, trainers will select Rowlet, Cyndaquil, or Oshawott as their Starter Pokemon.
Like every other Pokemon game, trainers can only choose one Starter Pokemon. Fortunately, Pokemon Legends: Arceus allows trainers to get the other two starters without needing to trade with another player. The prerequisite for getting the Hisui Starters is completing the main story. After this, there are two different ways of getting the Starter Pokemon.

Rowlet, Cyndaquil, and Oshawott are Pokemon that can only be caught in Space-Time Distortions. In addition, trainers may find their evolutions in these distortions as well.
The Space-Time Distortions that pop up around the Hisui region are a new feature in the Pokemon world. These distortions house rare items Pokemon. Hisuin Starter Pokemon are not the only Pokemon that are exclusive to the Space-Time Distortions. Therefore, it's never a bad idea to check out distortions regardless of where they crop up.
Space-Time Distortions won't start appearing until afterKleavor has been defeated. Once this milestone is met, trainers will be notified of distortions by a message at the top of their screen. Distortions can last from anywhere between 30 seconds to five minutes, which should be enough time to go and snag the Pokemon and items scattered about.
