A few months have passed since the release of Pokemon Legends: Arceus, but players continue to play and enjoy the game. Due to its open-world nature, the time it takes to get every Pokemon, and the opportunity for shiny hunting, Pokemon Legends: Arceus has potentially hundreds of hours of content built into its gameplay.
Getting every Pokemon is quite the task in the game due to the rarity of some as well as the hoops players must jump through to acquire others. For example, evolving Golbat in Pokemon Legends: Arceus cannot be done simply through leveling, and the same goes for other evolutions. However, when talking about the toughest Pokemon to catch, one that must be mentioned is Spiritomb.

To catch Spiritomb in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, one must start a quest that tasks them with finding over a hundred wisps. After this and a couple of other steps are complete, the Pokemon will engage the player, allowing for a capture. Also, after this the Pokemon will have a chance to spawn again in the wild. While it is already strange to find such a rare and menacing Pokemon in the middle of the open world, one player encountered two alpha Spiritombs simultaneously. Luckily for them, these two Spiritombs had terrible depth perception.
Reddit user shiny_eeveelution captured what could've been an epic battle between themselves and two massive Spiritombs, but instead turned into an underwhelming game of target practice.
