The Power pose has your trainer standing in a superhero-like pose with a hand on each hip and legs parted, creating a sense of importance and heroicness. The pose comes across as a defensive stance as opposed to aggressive like the Poke Ball Grip.
The Poke Ball Flex is similar to the Poke Ball Grip pose but has the trainer holding the Poke Ball away from their body. A fist is still being formed with the left hand, pointing down rather than up.
