With the start of the 2024 Pokémon World Championships, rewards and bonuses are heading to . From Pokémon debuts and increased spawn rates to new raids, there is plenty to keep trainers busy during the event. However, one of the best features is the opportunity to earn Pokémon with specific featured attacks that they can't normally learn. This can be useful for the Master League PvP.
The Pokémon World Championships take place from August 16 to 18 in Hawaii, but all of the special bonuses that can be earned in last from Friday, August 16, at 10 am local time until Tuesday, August 20, at 8 pm local time. The opportunity to earn featured attacks can be game-changing, as some Pokémon, in particular, can learn different types of attacks than normal, which could provide a key edge in PvP battles.
The Bolt Strike Pokémon, Thundurus of the Forces of Nature trio, returns to Pokémon GO Raids with electrifying power that can stomp many trainers.
Two Pokémon, when encountered during the event, will have featured attacks. Meanwhile, four more Pokémon will learn a featured attack if they evolve during the event. If encountered in the wild, Lickitung and Mienfoo can be found with featured attacks. If you evolve Wooper into Quagsire, Swablu into Altaria, Grubbin into Charjabug, or Fletchinder into Talonflame, they will automatically learn their new featured attack.
During the Pokémon World Championships event in six Pokémon were featured in attacks.
