Pokemon is celebrated all over the world, but as the place where it all started from, Japan gets a few extra special goodies and events that other locations miss out on. One such example is the Pokemon Cafe which offers a variety of treats based on the appearance and characteristics of the series' iconic pocket monsters.
While some of these events are short-term, others last for a longer time and regularly refresh their offerings to keep fans visiting. The Pokemon Cafe in Japan is now offering a reworked menu, featuring new treats based off of series classics Pikachu and Snorlax.

The new meals are adorable to look at and sound as good as they look. Players who are interested and in the area can look forward to trying out a Pokemon Cafe Kids plate that comes with a hamburger with Pikachu's face emblazoned on the bun and its ears peeking out at the top. The official description also teases multiple hidden Pikachus throughout the dish; a close examination reveals Pikachu-shaped pasta, among others. Adults stopping by can try out the Pikachu tail sandwich plate, which tasks the customer with assembling it themselves, or the Snorlax Tosenbo Pancake, which comes complete with chocolate sauce.
All three of the Pokemon dishes can be purchased for under $20 USD, with the Kids' Pikachu burger costing $8.83, the sandwich $14.24, and the pancake for $16.04, based on currency conversion at the time of writing. Tax is included in the cost, and tipping isn't the norm in Japan, so that may help to alleviate the cost of the more expensive items.
