The PlayStation Now subscription service doesn't get quite as much attention as Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass or Sony's own PlayStation Plus, but PlayStation Now still offers considerable value. There are hundreds of games available on PlayStation Now, though the key difference between it and Xbox Game Pass is that PlayStation Now focuses on older games, whereas Game Pass offers day one releases. That will change next month, as PlayStation Now will have a day one game on offer.
In a surprise announcement, it's been confirmed that Shadow Warrior 3, a brand-new first-person shooter game set to launch on March 1, will be available to PlayStation Now subscribers on day one. This is one of the clearest signs that Sony is preparing to fight back against Xbox Game Pass, perhaps testing the waters with day one games using Shadow Warrior 3. Whether or not this translates into more PlayStation Now subscriptions remains to be seen, but it's still a big move on Sony's part.

The other new PlayStation Now games for March 2022 have not been announced at the time of this writing, but fans can count on them being older titles. After all, the new PlayStation Now games for February 2022 consisted entirely of previously-released games in Death Squared, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City — The Definitive Edition, Little Big Workshop, and Through the Darkest of Times.
The new PlayStation Now games for March 2022 are anyone's guess, but in the meantime, there is no shortage of content for fans to check out through the service.
