Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy is coming to Game Pass next week, Microsoft has announced.
It includes remasters of the first three games in Capcom‘s series, which were Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Justice for All, and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trials and Tribulations.
Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy will be available for Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass on September 26.
Additionally, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy will be released for Xbox Series X/S in early 2024.
Capcom announced in June that the fourth, fifth and sixth games in the Ace Attorney series were being remastered in HD and released in one set. At the time, Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney Trilogy was confirmed for Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, Windows and Steam.
Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney was released on DS in 2007 and is the fourth game in the Ace Attorney series. It replaces its usual protagonist Phoenix Wright – who at this stage in the series has been stripped of his attorney’s badge – with a new up-and-comer called Apollo Justice.
Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies, released on 3DS in 2013, is set a year after the events of the previous game and has players taking control of three separate attorneys – Apollo Justice, Phoenix Wright and Athena Cykes.
Finally, Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice was released on the 3DS in 2016 and has Phoenix Wright travelling to the Kingdom of Khura’in, where defence attorneys aren’t used and the courts instead make judgements using a mystical vision called the “Divination Séance”.
