Outriders is the latest game by veteran Polish developer People Can Fly, who created 2011's sleeper hit first-person shooter Bulletstorm and has also worked alongside Epic Games on iconic titles such as the Gears of War series and the incredibly popular free-to-play shooter Fortnite. The team's considerable experience with shooters over the years has led to an ambitious online title focused on build customization, crafting, and looting. Released over a year ago in April 2021, Outriders faced a somewhat poor reception due to bugs, balance issues, and a lack of content.
