Oppo has CONFIRMED launching the Reno 7 series in India next month! The Reno 7 series smartphones are launching on February 4, reveals Oppo via one of its latest social media posts. The Reno 7 models will succeed last year’s popular Reno 6 series. The new lineup consists of the Reno 7 and Reno 7 Pro, as evident from the teasers on Oppo’s website and social media. Rumours, however, also suggest a Reno 7 SE coming to our shores.

Leaks suggest that the Reno 7 could end costing between Rs. 28,000 and Rs. 31,000, which is almost the same as the last gen model.
At this expected price, the Reno 7 will compete with the recently launched Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge, Vivo V23, Samsung Galaxy M52 5G, and a Motorola Edge 20.
The Reno 7 Pro, on other hand, is major upgrade from the previous gen model. The chipset used here is the MediaTek Dimensity 1200-Max chipset and it brings along a 90Hz AMOLED display. Oppo is using custom camera sensors on the front camera and the main rear camera, both of which it has developed with Sony. Oppo claims the gains in low light photography is high compared to
