The first Apple virtual event of the year 2022 is likely to be conducted on March 8, a report from Bloomberg suggests. The event has been making headlines as the tech giant is expected to introduce an array of products including the widely rumoured iPhone SE 3 5G, an updated iPad Air, and iOS 15.4 in the event. According to the report, the new Mac is likely to come with an Apple silicon chipset.
A previous leak suggested that the iPhone SE 3 5G, some refer to it as iPhone SE 2022, will be launched alongside an iPad Air while another report stated that Apple has already imported the iPhone SE 3 and two new iPads in India for testing. As reported by Bloomberg, Apple will host its virtual event on March 8. The company is expected to introduce the iPhone SE 3 5G along with an iPad Air and the new Mac. The new Mac will reportedly rely on Apple Silicon and iOS 15.4 update that will bring support for Face ID with masks, Universal Control, new emoji and several new features. The features are currently released for public beta testing and are likely to roll out soon for all.
Meanwhile, the iPhone SE 3 5G is speculated to come with a similar look as the iPhone SE 2. The device would come with the same 4.7-inch display with thick bezels and a Touch ID sensor on the front. Interestingly, the iPhone SE 3 5G will be powered by the A15 bionic 5G chipset.
