Iconic X-Men member Emma Frost has revealed that there's only one historic non-mutant figure who worthy of their resurrection technology. Mutants and non-mutants have been at odds with each other ever since the X-Men were created in the 1960s by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. With the group becoming an allegory for racial inequality in the '60s and representing multiple minority groups as time went on, it's been fairly common to see the biggest enemy of the X-Men not be Magneto or Sentinels but rather non-mutants as a whole. However, this is not to say that they want it to be this way. In fact, Emma Frost feels that one good deed could in fact turn things around.
The second annual Hellfire Gala issue by Gerry Dugan, Kris Anka, Russell Dauterman, Matteo Lolli & CF Villa highlights great looks for iconic heroes and a newfound revelation being made public just in time for Krakoa's annual bash. Prior to the Hellfire Gala, a special article in The Daily Bugle reveals to everyone that mutants have a way to resurrect themselves. This catches the eye of countless heroes as they reconsider their decision to attend, including Iron Man and Captain America. However, one special guest who's searching for a way to resurrect a special someone is the most interested and isn't afraid to make her wishes clear when she arrives.
