The first Generation of Pokemon only features 151 creatures for trainers to chase after. The most recent game in the series, Pokemon Legends: Arceus, brought that number up to 905. The Pokedex in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet will introduce a number of new pocket monsters and keep their numbers rising.
As more and more new creatures are added every Generation, one of the original 151 has stayed popular over the years. That Pokemon is Gengar, who is a part of the original ghost trio. The pocket monster is still featured in the games and continually finds a spot on the teams of Gym Leaders and Elite 4 members who specialize in Ghost-types. Many fans still create artwork dedicated to Gengar, including one who made pins showcasing the Pokemon.

A Redditor named ElTamagotchi posted a small clip displaying metal Gengar pins that they made, which feature the Pokemon's distinct smile and have a rainbow finish. The pieces also have a gold outline for the Ghost-type's eyes and smile, which fit in nicely with the rainbow sheen that they have. The pins look amazing and do a good job of capturing the pocket monster in a very beautiful and alluring color palette.
ElTamagotchi's post is quite popular and currently sits at over 4,500 upvotes. The Redditor asked which Ghost-type they should make into rainbow pins next and got a variety of answers. One commenter stated that they would love to see Spiritomb, to which ElTamagotchi said they now have to do. Another user suggested Phantump and Trevenant, leading the pin maker to reply that Phantump does sound good, especially since it is small and would look amazing.
