The OnePlus 10T will be announced on Aug. 3, and ahead of the launch, OnePlus has revealed key details about the phone's battery and charging specifications. Fast charging has been one of the top features of OnePlus smartphones for years. In 2016, when it released the OnePlus 3, one of the phone's selling points was its fast charging technology.
OnePlus even created the tagline "A day's power in half an hour" based on the feature. This meant owners could charge their device for half an hour and get enough charge to last a day of use. Since then, OnePlus has continued to improve the fast charging technology available on its phones, especially the flagships and upper mid-range models. The OnePlus Ace and the OnePlus 10R is currently the fastest charging OnePlus smartphone as they both support 150W fast charging.

In typical OnePlus fashion, the manufacturer has revealed a handful of details about its upcoming phone. A forum post disclosed that the OnePlus 10T would have a 4800mAh battery capacity which is a tad smaller than the OnePlus 10 Pro's 5000mAh battery. In addition, the North American version of the phone will support 125W SUPERVOOC Endurance Edition fast charging, allowing owners to charge the smartphone from empty to 100 percent in just 20 minutes. That's significantly faster than the OnePlus 10 Pro, which has a 5000mAh battery and supports 80W fast charging. However, the North American phone model supports 65W fast charging, no thanks to a power limitation.
