In another twist to the continuing story of Ezra Miller, the star of the still scheduled to-be-released film The Flash, has been arrested for burglary in Vermont. According to a police report (via Variety), the incident occurred in May when the actor allegedly broke into an unoccupied residence and stole several bottles of liquor. Miller was located on August 7th and charged with felony burglary into an unoccupied dwelling and issued a citation to appear in court on September 26th for arraignment.
The long-running and bizarre stories surrounding Miller continue to surface with alarming regularity and despite the continued alleged reckless and dangerous behavior by the star, Warner Bros. is still scheduled to release the live-action version of The Flash starring Miller. The company has already been under fire for several months for continuing to have The Flash on their upcoming release schedule, a backlash that has only intensified since the cancellation of the almost completedBatgirl film and several other projects for HBO Max.
