The developers at Starry Studios and NetEase have announced that their upcoming action survival gameOnce Human has reached 7.7 million pre-registrations, and if they reach 10 million, they will unlock even more content at launch.
Pre-registration went live in February 2024, and in that short time the game has had a massive influx of players interested in trying the game out once it releases. That was also made apparent by the fact that the Beta Test went invite-only after many fans wanted in on the bug finding and game testing. The developers upped the test from 20,000 players to 50,000 to give as many people as possible a shot at trying out the game's features.
In a recent tweet from the game’s official X/Twitter account, the devs wanted everyone that haven’t pre-registered to do so to help reach their 10 million pre-registrations goal. Reaching this goal in the milestone tree will unlock even more content at launch, which includes surprise furniture for players to enjoy.
Once Human is an open-world survival game that was initially announced back in 2014. The post-apocalyptic survival game takes players to literally the middle of nowhere, where they must tackle monsters and unforgiving terrain with very little resources in order to stay alive.
Though there is no set release date as of yet, we do know that Once Human will be launching in Quarter 3 of 2024.
