Nightwing's New Ride Puts The Batmobile To Shame

In the latest issue of DC's Nightwing, Dick Grayson's new wheels give the Batmobile a run for its money (as well as The Dark Knight's Bat-Pod). In the face of massive police corruption that's overtaken the city of Blüdhaven, Nightwing finds himself caught in a large police chase with multiple squad cars in hot pursuit. However, Grayson's new Wingcycle provides the perfect getaway in this new issue.

In previous issues of DC's Nightwing from Tom Taylor and Bruno Redondo, Dick Grayson has been working to save his city on an unprecedented level (both with and without his mask). As Dick Grayson, Nightwing has been using his newly inherited billions from the late Alfred Pennyworth to literally change Blüdhaven itself, creating new foundations and infrastructure to help the least fortunate. Dick has become a safety net for those who've fallen and need help getting back on their feet. However, these same people are those who get taken advantage of the most by the city's ever-present criminal element. As such, there's still plenty of need for Grayson to suit up and take down the worst Blüdhaven has to offer as Nightwing.

Now, Grayson's «Battle of Blüdhaven's Heart» continues with Nightwing #93. Confronting Blüdhaven's police commissioner who's in league with the city's biggest crime boss Blockbuster, Nightwing finds himself at the center of a massive hunt by the entire city's corrupt law enforcement. Attempting to lose the cops on his impressive new motorcycle, Nightwing finds himself in a very similar position as Christian Bale's Batman in The Dark Knight Rises with squad cars coming from both sides to box
