Sadly, Nick Lachey's three children were not fans of his boy band 98 Degrees, but luckily he won their approval when he competed on The Masked Singer. The former boy band member shares Camden John Lachey, 9, Brooklyn Elisabeth Lachey, 7, and Phoenix Robert Lachey, 5, with his wife, Vanessa Lachey. Nick was previously married to singer Jessica Simpson from 2002 through 2006, and the pair starred on the MTV reality series, Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica, for three seasons. The star was a part of 98 Degrees from 1996 through 2002, along with founder Jeff Timmons, Justin Jeffre, and his younger brother Drew Lachey. He then went on to have a solo music career, releasing songs like «What's Left Of Me» and «I Can't Hate You Anymore.»
However, he finally impressed his children with his The Masked Singer appearance. Nick competed on the singing reality show during season 5 as the Piglet. He made it to the finals with the Chameleon, revealed as rapper Wiz Khalifa, and Black Swan revealed as singer-actress JoJo. Nick's final performance of Journey's «Faithfully» was enough to win over the hearts of fans and panelists, and the star won the competition, taking home the coveted masked trophy. A significant clue that pointed to Nick were a dating competition show themed clue package that matched his role as the host of Love Is Blind.
