Artifacts are a new addition with Rise of the Angry Earth expansion, and we can expect more of these each season. The new ones will be tied to the theme of a season, and there will be more info on those to come. As for Heartrunes, which were also brought up, Verfaillie says they’ve reached “critical mass”and Amazon will slow development of new ones there. Isn't exactly a no, but we may be a while before we see a new one added.
With the recent expansion,server congestion is back at the top of people's frustrations. The developers talked about how they have to continue monitoring active users on different servers to avoid queues and to keep people waiting for long periods of time. They consistently review the number of active users, but they want you to know that what seems like an unmet population cap on a particular server doesn't mean that the world isn't considered full. They acknowledge the frustration, but don't have any specific dates to announce as to transfers and more openings on these busier servers.
Concerns about difficulties of the Sandwurm raid, and debuff resilience on Mutation 2 and 3. Both of these are intentionally designed to be difficult, and there are no immediate changes planned. M2 was cited by Verfaillie as having a good win rate in player data and M3 supposed to be a big challenge for many, especially without deeper strategy and better gear.
