The title for Marvel Studios' upcoming X-Men reboot project has seemingly been revealed. It has been a few years since Disney's historic acquisition of Fox's movie and TV assets, which resulted in Marvel Studios reclaiming the rights to the X-Men, Fantastic Four, and all their tie-in characters. Since then, there's been eager anticipation from the public to learn what Kevin Feige and his team plan for them as they officially join the MCU.
Marvel Studios has been coy about how they are going to incorporate the X-Men into the franchise. Unlike the Fantastic Four, which is already set for an MCU reboot movie, Feige is taking a different route when handling the mutants. In Phase 4, there have been various references to their existence in the universe including Ms. Marvel's direct mention of mutation, revealing that Kamala Khan is the MCU's first mutant. This has been taken as an indication that an official announcement of an X-Men project is coming, especially with San Diego Comic-Con 2022 starting.

Ahead of SDCC, however, a brand new report from Deadline may have revealed the title for Marvel Studios' upcoming X-Men project.
