Superhero media is one of the most popular and profitable forms of entertainment, and that includes the many superhero video games that are on the market. Some of the most beloved games involving the DC Comics property are Rocksteady's Batman Arkham games. While recent DC games have been focused on Batman and Gotham for the last few years, a new game is in the works that will focus on the Justice League.
DC is reportedly looking to bolster its gaming output, evident by the number of superhero related games in development. Some of these include Rocksteady Studios working on Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, along with a Wonder Woman solo game by Monolith Productions. A Bat Family-focused title known as Gotham Knights is also going to be released this year. These all have their own styles to appeal to a specific audience, with DC Justice League going in a different direction than most might expect.

DC Justice League will be more family-oriented and less gritty than other DC games currently in development. It's being developed by Outright Games, a game studio that has worked on similar titles in the past. This includes My Friend Peppa Pig, Hotel Transylvania Scary-Tale Adventures, and upcoming DC Comics game DC League of Super-Pets: The Adventures of Krypto and Ace.
This is evident with the teaser trailer released by Outright Games for DC Justice League. The game has a similarly family-oriented cartoony look to each member. This iteration of the team will include Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, the Flash, Cyborg, and Aquaman as playable characters.
