Neva, the GRIS Follow-Up from Nomada Studio, Receives Beautiful New Gameplay Trailer

Nomada Studio's Neva has received a beautiful new gameplay trailer during the Summer Game Fest event.

For those in the unknown - Neva is the follow-up title to indie hit title GRIS, and from what we've seen, it's looking absolutely gorgeous. The new trailer shows off the game's art, combat, and majestic vistas. You can check out the brand-new gameplay trailer for Neva below:

Neva depicts the moving tale of a young woman, Alba, and her lifelong bond with a magnificent wolf as they embark on a thrilling adventure through a dying world.

Following a traumatic encounter with dark forces, Alba finds herself bound to a curious, mischievous wolf cub. Working together, the pair will help each other overcome increasingly dangerous situations.

The wolf will grow and mature over time—as will Alba's relationship with it as they traverse this cursed, decaying world.

Building on what Nomada Studio achieved with GRIS, Neva will feature platforming, puzzles and combat against monstrous enemies, with a minimal UI, delicate art, high quality traditional animation and haunting music.

Published by Devolver Digital, Neva was officially announced last year. Neva is slated for a release on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch later this year. More information about the game can be found on the official website and Steam page.
