Sikran

Cosmic Residue now ticks every second (was every 2 seconds)
Cosmic Shards deals 83.3% less initial damage and 66.7% less periodic damage
Cosmic Simulacrum damage reduced by 50%
Decimate targets increased to 3 again

Rasha'nan

Acid Pools damage increased by 20%
Tacky Threads damage increased by 150%
Web Reave damage increased by 28.6%

Ky'veza

Regicide damage increased by 30%

Silken Court

Entropic Barrage initial damage reduced by 33%, periodic damage reduced by 50%
Mark of Paranoia and Mark of Rage now seem to indicate that any player can consume the essence (was the opposite buff)
